Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

The appellation Blaye Côtes of Bordeaux is situated in the vineyard of Blayais and Bourgeais, in the region of Bordeaux. It replaces the former naming Premières-côtes-de-blaye. The vineyard is cultivated since the Greco-Roman time, well before the Médoc there! The appellation took advantage of its strategic location on the estuary to develop. It is one of the most dynamic area in the production of biological wine in Bordeaux.
