Chambolle-Musigny
The Chambolle-Musigny is a red wine often presented as the most «feminine» of the Cote de Nuits. Rich, bouquetée and complex, the Chambolle-Musigny appellation covers the palace with silk and lace. The appellation dates from September 1936, it is one of the first appellations in France. The terroir is located between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. The hillside is close to the shallow bedrock.
